The traditional image of the French soldier known as Jacques or “Le Zouave” is used on Zig-Zag® packaging in other markets such as the United States and Europe. Under Canadian regulations, Zig-Zag®’s packaging will no longer feature Jacques.

We deliver throughout Canada, excluding Quebec and Nova Scotia, via Canada Post. Due to COVID-19 precautions, age verified packages can only be picked up at post offices.

At the time of purchase, we collect your name, address and payment information. We also require that you to confirm that you are of the legal age in your Province of residence to purchase Zig-Zag® products. Your information is kept in accordance with our privacy policy. At delivery, a government issued I.D. is necessary to receive your order or to pick up at your local post office.
